One of ten created by French sculptor, Christian Mass (1951). The “Tally Ho” chair -  buttoned Black leather seat and kneeler with patinated, wrought iron frame. Detailed with brown leather reins and solid brass stirrups. Beautiful condition, engraved plaque to its base reading “depose en France et a L etranger - Christian maas- sculpteur - ecole francaise”
 
Alongside this is a copy of Mass’ “catalogue raisonne” signed by the very man himself and addressed directly to the original owner of this decadent piece, “Lizzi the great”. Dated 17 October 2012. 
 
Mass was awarded the “medaille d’or de l’academie des arts” and the “chevalier de l’ordre international des art” for his unique and accomplished works of arts. It is believed that Slash and Brad Pitt each own one of the ten “Tally Ho” made.
