Shipping & Returns
Smaller items can be sent via a nationwide courier service. We can arrange international shipping to most destinations via a courier service who will facilitate delivery to your door. Should you wish to organise your own shipment, please contact us directly prior to your order
We aim to have smaller items delivered within five working days. Larger items can take longer depending on the schedules of our couriers but we should be able to give you an idea upon your enquiry. International shipments will depend on factors such as the size of the item and the destination but, again we can advise further upon your enquiry.
Delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order has been booked in for delivery.
If you make separate orders online, we cannot combine the shipping cost and issue a refund for the shipping/ delivery on the other order.
We will always look at the most efficient, yet safest way to transport your goods to your door. We will notify you of the method of transport and the expected delivery date via email. If tracking is supplied we will send you the link to follow your order.
Customers in the EU may be subject to extra charges and delays. As the customer and importer of the goods, you are responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder.

Customs duties and taxes vary throughout the different European countries and we are unable to predict what these shall be. If you would like to find out more about charges specific to the country in which you reside, we advise for you to contact your local customs authority.

We cannot accept returns if a receiver is unwilling to pay the customs charge.

We cannot offer refunds due to the receiver being unwilling to pay the customs charge.

All our parcels are insured and tracked. On the unfortunate occurrence of a parcel being lost in the post we will be able to refund or send a replacement but please be aware that it takes approximately 30 days after the expected delivery date for the Postal service or Courier to investigate and declare the parcel lost before we can make a claim for the insurance. We will communicate directly with the buyer to settle any issues but please allow 30 days for a refund to be issued on this rare occurrence of a lost parcel.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a full refund policy. We ask that you inform us by telephone or use the enquiry form within 48 hours of receiving your package if you wish to return it. Please return the item(s) in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Please note that the initial delivery charge is non refundable and you will also be liable for the return carriage charges. Once the item(s) have been returned they will be inspected before issuing a refund, minus any courier charges. In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on any purchases made. If you wish to change your item(s), you will need to return your order for a refund and a new order will be raised.
