Cards of this nature were commonly used in “appropriate establishments”. To the unknowing eye, this appears to be a normal playing card, but with a slight of hand and dash of back lighting, a sp*nking scene is exposed. With her back on the cold floor, legs flung in the air to expose a bare bottom to the fully dressed gentleman.
