Frederick Bagust (1902 - 1986) was born in England and studied in London before serving with the army in India for 6 years. He later returned to the UK for further studies and worked on numerous “secret projects” for the government. He painted throughout the years of his life.

Two women pose casually, exposed, with a fully clothed man seated behind them. Perhaps another painter? Perhaps a client? Perhaps a window shopper?
