Originally used to assist with transporting prisoners. These restraints are cold and heavy, with gorgeous warm patination. In full working condition.

They can be secured into place at its central screw shaft with a simple lock and key.

Something a little different for playtime. As with the recently posted thumb cuffs, a level of good behaviour and compliance would be required (and expected) whilst applying these.
