A cilice, also known as a sackcloth, was an undergarment made of coarse cloth or animal hair worn close to the skin as a means of repentance.

A rare thing. Original cloth and chain. Sourced from an Italian nun monastery. This would have originally been fastened with a ribbon or tie. Something for the collectors.
